Women’s hands should be well-groomed

This is a woman’s business card, according to Zhanna Prykhodko, a top-class cosmetologist-dermatologist.

They say that the hands and neck are the first to betray our age. Somehow it turns out that we forget to take care of them as carefully as we take care of our face. But many of us have them in front of us all the time. The very first rule is very simple, but also very important: after each wash, thoroughly wipe your hands and rub a nourishing hand cream into the skin.

We decided to learn all the necessary secrets of hand care from the top category cosmetologist-dermatologist Zhanna Prykhodko.

Gymnastics for fingers

During the day, teach yourself to do a few gymnastic exercises for your hands. This will relieve fatigue, maintain flexibility and help prevent wrinkles. In the evening, repeat these exercises when your hands are lubricated with cream.

 Clench your hands into a fist, and just as sharply throw your spread fingers forward and to the sides.

 Leaning your elbows on the table, forcefully press the fingertips of one hand to the fingertips of the other.

 The starting position is the same. Press your palms tightly together. One of the forces tries to push down the other, overcoming its resistance.

 Raise your hands above your head, squeeze them into fists, spread them, lower them down.

 Put your hands down, relax. Imitating the movement of wings (shaking your hands, raise your hands up and lower them from below).

 Clench your hands into a fist, press your hands to your chest (vertically, fists up) and rotate your fists to the right, then to the left

 With the palm of one hand, take each finger of the other one by one and, as it were, scroll, shake away. base to tip.

 Extend each finger quite vigorously.

 And now you are pulling a very tight glove on each finger, massaging the lateral and front-back surfaces of the fingers 4 times.

 Place your palms on the table. Raise each finger in turn; try to lift higher.

 Put your elbows on the table, squeeze your “lock” hands and rotate the “lock” to the right and left.

 “Play” on the scale table.

 “Fall” against the wall with your whole body, cushioning the impact with the palms of your straightened hands.

 At the end, massage the spaces between the fingers.

Repeat each exercise several times.

Seven rules of competent care

Oddly enough, “manual” suffering begins in the fall, says the cosmetologist.

– But it is strange only at first glance. Think for yourself: during the summer, the sun dries out the skin, ages it.

After all, we don’t only sunbathe in the summer. There are works in the country, in the garden, processing of vegetables and fruits. And garden work is almost impossible without the use of chemicals. And everyone tries to time the repairs in the house to the summer months. So it turns out that after the vacation, our hands are in a terrible shape.

Meanwhile, hand care does not require much time. You just need to always remember the following simple rules:

If you massage your hands well in the evening under a jet of warm water with a soft brush soaped with soap, and then wipe the hand cream, they will always be beautiful.

ALWAYS wear rubber gloves when doing dirty housework. I understand that out of habit it seems both uncomfortable and unpleasant, but do surgeons perform the most complex and very delicate operations wearing gloves? So you can’t learn to peel potatoes and wash sinks with gloves on?

After all, you can ask your husband to do the dirty work for you. After all, he also wants your hands to be flawless.

If you rub your hands with a nourishing cream under gloves, then in general you will get a wonderful treatment for the skin under such a compress.

Perhaps awareness of such an effect prompts you to use gloves.

If it is completely impossible to wear gloves, use protective creams.

After cleaning vegetables, spots remain on the skin. Wash your hands with soap-free water, then rub with lemon juice or oil and sugar.

If the skin of the hands is dry, peeling and even painful cracks appear – hold your hands in a bath of hot milk, all the time pouring hot milk or hot water so that you take your hands out of hotter water than it was at first.

The same effect, besides whitening the skin of the hands, is given by sour milk baths and cheese compresses – try to mess with cheese or yeast dough more often – your hands will be tender and white. At night, generously lubricate your hands with a nourishing cream, as they say in cooking, as much as it will “take”.

To improve the effect, you can wear cotton gloves.

   Masks made from hot mashed potatoes, applesauce in milk, baths made from water in which pasta or beans were cooked are very useful for the hands.

Well, if you do not have time for all these procedures, the skin of your hands will be successfully protected by creams containing effective silicone additives, which form a thin invisible film on it and protect it from the harmful effects of cold water, acids, household chemicals and various pollutants.

Secrets of a brilliant manicure

 

In order to refresh the nails and give them shine, dissolve 3-4 tablets of calcium gluconate in a glass of hot milk, hold your hands in this solution. Lubricate brittle nails at night with vitamin A. Use a greasy cream around the nails, then you will not have burrs.

Always remove the old varnish carefully. Peeling nail polish makes hands look repulsive.

But do not wash off the varnish with acetone, it destroys the nail plates. For this purpose, use special vitaminized products that do not contain this substance.

After you have washed off the nail polish, rub a special nail and hand cream on your nails or soak your fingers in warm vegetable oil and then rub lemon juice on your nails.

After that, wash your hands and apply nail polish.

Nail polish not only beautifies nails, but also protects from harmful substances that we have to deal with both at work and in everyday life. But in principle, if you have enough time to update your nail polish every night, you can use any color, but it must be in harmony with the general color scheme of makeup and clothes.
