Spring hairs count…

Spring hairs count…

If you WANT to keep your hair, cover your head,” dermatologists advise.

In winter, the temperature difference between the street and the room can reach 50°C! But even if it is 2°C outside the window and +18°C in the room, it does not mean that the hair is safe.

Atmospheric air is moist, and the air in heated rooms is dry. First, the hairs get wet and freeze, and then they overheat and dry out.

A similar effect is created by emergency drying with a hair dryer when the device is turned on at full power. Only healthy hair can withstand such “torture”, but it also loses its properties.

new look Weak, with split ends, it begins to fall out.

“The cold provokes a spasm of blood vessels (including those that feed the head’s swelling). The most serious “injury” is the vitamin, enzyme microelement “HUNGER” of the hair follicle, says Zhanna Prykhodko, a dermatologist and cosmetologist at the Lviv Cosmetology Hospital. “That’s why we lose the most hair in autumn and winter.”

A hat will help save the locks. But from natural fabrics, synthetic ones create the effect of a sauna, due to which the  locks begins to “suffocate”.

It is important not to go wrong with the size – tight hats prevent blood circulation. Entering the premises (even for a few minutes); remove the cap so as not to overheat the locks . “Minimize contact with curling irons, hair dryers, dryers, tongs and ammonia-based paints (it is desirable to paint a month before the onset of cold weather), – advises the cosmetologist, – Our grandmothers had healthy hair because they dried it naturally.

You can’t do without styling devices, before use, apply heat protection products, keep the hair dryer at a distance of 30-40 cm from the head and switch to the “cold” drying mode. Buy a massage brush (wooden, with balls). You can also massage the scalp with your hands. From time to time rub into the sale of lotions.

Focus on foods that form zinc, vitamin A, E, H (biotin) and C, seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables, wholemeal bread, lean meat, fish and poultry. Make nourishing masks once a week. For example, egg-cognac: mix a tablespoon of cognac, a raw yolk and a tablespoon of oil (preferably olive, although you can also take sunflower oil) apply the mixture for two years, wrap the hair in a plastic bag and wrap it in a terry towel.

After the restored masks, rinse the  with yolk, and then wash with shampoo. It is desirable to dilute the concentrate with warm water in a ratio of 1:1.

Forget about hot water – it dries up “beauty”. Nourish the hair with fruits, honey, vegetable oil, ether cream, k, medicinal clay.

Light hair can be “healed” with lemon juice, dark decoction of oak bark. In windy weather, it is better to braid long hair – the wind in combination with the frost “opens” the scales of the hair, due to which the hair loses its shine and quickly splits.
