«Nourish your hair»!

«Nourish your hair»!

For this, you will need ordinary products – kefir, honey, egg, and even salt

In winter, hair “gets tired” – it becomes dull, weak, does not shine, breaks, crawls…

After all, it is also affected by temperature changes, dry indoor air, and the fact that you have to constantly wear hats.

Therefore, it is necessary to help the hair survive this season.

For this, you will need ordinary products :

  • kefir,
  • honey,
  • egg,
  • even salt.                                                                                                                                                                                                          Advises Zhanna Prykhodko, a doctor-dermatologist-cosmetologist of the highest category – 3 of them can be used at home to make masks that will nourish and strengthen hair.

For example, a kefir mask is very easy to prepare and use. it is done once a week before washing the head.

Take a glass of kefir and an egg yolk, beat everything well and apply it to your hair.

After 10 minutes, rinse your head with warm water and wash with shampoo. Or you can take kefir or sour milk separately, wet your hair and put on a polyethylene cap, which is covered with a towel on top.

Such a mask is kept for 15-20 minutes, after which it is washed off with warm water and shampoo. But even ordinary salt will help strengthen your hair: every time after washing your hair, take a pinch of salt and rub it into your scalp. Rinse with water.

– Many nourishing masks are made on the basis of eggs. What do you say?

– The egg contains vitamin A necessary for hair, as well as cholesterol and lecithin, which nourish it, and other biologically active substances. The easiest mask is to beat two raw egg yolks and apply them to your hair, put on a polyethylene cap and wrap it in a towel. It can be kept from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

“The simplest mask is to beat two raw egg yolks and apply it to the hair, put on a plastic cap and wrap it in a towel.”

The mask can be modernized, so to speak, by adding a tablespoon of olive or castor oil and a little cognac.

And it won’t hurt to add the juice of half a lemon. After such a balm, the hair should be rinsed well with warm water, apply shampoo and rinse. Or take two tablespoons of castor oil, one teaspoon of vinegar, one teaspoon of glycerin for one egg. The mixture should be beaten well and rubbed into the roots of the hair. Wash off after 10 minutes.

And how is honey used?

A nourishing mask with honey is prepared as follows: mix one egg yolk and one tablespoon each of honey, cognac, burdock oil, and olive oil. Keep for 30 minutes.

Aloe leaves ground in a meat grinder can be added to the previous mixture, then the mask can be kept for up to an hour. 3 using aloe make the following mask: take a teaspoon each of aloe juice, castor oil and honey, apply to hair along the entire length, wash off after half an hour.

Or: you can add lemon juice to honey (two teaspoons of juice per four tablespoons of honey) and apply it to your hair.

Some women refuse to wear hats because they make their hair greasy…

On the contrary, a cap must be worn. Because the  loses its luster and becomes brittle due to the low temperature. But when choosing a cap, pay attention to whether it “breathes” – then the hair will be less greasy, it will not split. And in winter, you need to “feed” your hair properly. He needs vitamin A (carrots, beets, pumpkin, eggs), fats (fish), proteins (mushrooms, lean meat, poultry, cheese), B vitamins (greens, cereals).

But fatty food and sweets should be minimized – carbohydrates increase hair greasiness.
