- Tighten the neck muscles for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat this several times. Imagine that a small weight is attached to your chin and you have to lift it. When lifting the chin, strongly strain the neck muscles.
- Fill the mouth with air, giving the cheeks the appearance of a ball, and move this air “ball” several times, massaging the cheeks and the middle of the lips. As you learn how to regulate the movement of air, do the following movements – push the air out of the cheek, then to the left, under the upper lip, then under the lower.
- Move the lower jaw from side to side, stopping at the extreme points for a few seconds. After that, “push” the chin forward, and then push it back. Do these exercises slowly so as not to dislocate the jaw.
Pull out your lips – as if sending an air kiss. Do this exercise energetically enough.
And now, on the contrary, press your lips inward, keeping them in this position for a few seconds.

After that, open your mouth and alternately pronounce all the vowel sounds – in any sequence. Next, alternately lower and raise the corners of the mouth, holding them in different positions for a few seconds.

Only with systematic execution. Working muscles burn fat, reduce swelling, and tone the skin. However, to achieve significant results, you need to do such gymnastics every day for two months. However, it should be included in daily skin care, which includes cleaning, moisturizing and nutrition, regular facial massage, mesotherapy, ultrasonic or galvanic cleaning, physical procedures.
